Our S350AS handheld laser methane detector is composed of an optical-mechanical system, a signal processing system, a display and alarm system and a shell assembly. It is mainly used to measure the concentration of methane or methane-containing gas (natural gas, oil gas or similar gas) from a distance. The telemeter emits a beam of infrared laser to the detection point, which can quickly measure the air mass concentration between the detection point and the telemeter. For the convenience of observation, the telemeter also emits a visible red laser beam to the detection point at the same time. The telemeter can accurately detect the methane concentration value of the checked location in real time and display it. When the alarm value is exceeded, it will give an audible and visual alarm so that personnel can make follow-up treatment.
